We went with a single hop addition for this brew day and used 100% Loral hops. After mash is complete and the grains have been pulled, your post-mash / pre-boil volume should be 6.88 gallons. If you're able to do so, adjust pH about 10 minutes into the mash and try to hit somewhere between 5.2 and 5.4. Add the grains and let it rip at 155F for 60 minutes.
