Windows 10 only offers HDR setting when it receives proper signal from the display, first. The HDR option does not appear in 'Display' settings.

There seem to be many cases where the HDR setting doesn't work since Windows 10 Creators update, for some that have done a rollback it has worked so I would stay tuned for an update from Microsoft to solve this.

Yes that's odd indeed if it works for your PS4 Pro and Blu-Ray player it should work for your computer aswell. I suppose 'll have to sit tight until Microsoft patches.
